Our Maintenance Packages

Sand, Power Broom, and Seam/Edge Check  --  $ 2.30 per square foot


  • Adding infill as needed to meet manufacturer standards. 


  • Power brooming to settle the sand and fluff up the turf blades, which helps renew high-traffic areas. 



  • Checking and repairing all seams and edges to ensure they are secure. 


Pressure Cleaning  -- $ 2.00 per square foot


  • Pressure clean to remove embedded debris from synthetic turf and remove calcium from water overspray, making your turf vibrant again. 


  • For pet areas, we use a special pet cleaner to remove dirt and bacteria, providing a cleaner surface for both pets and children. 


  • Pressure cleaning putting greens removes embedded debris, helping the ball roll true again.

Base/Aggregate Check -- $ 2.60 per square foot

In some cases, the synthetic turf may need to be rolled back and the base re-worked. This can be necessary due to the age of the green, as well as issues like moles, broken pipes, or washout. 



Our process involves:


  • Rolling back the turf to re-work and compact the aggregate base. 


  • Re-leveling putting green cups. 


  • Reinstalling the turf, followed by seaming, securing, and infilling.

Larger areas may qualify for a discount.
